Molly isn't one to be pigeonholed. In nearly 25 years in the business, she has done it all. She began in Media at Young & Rubicam NY where, as a Vice President, she earned the "Media Excellence" award for her work on Advil. She later joined Tierney as Media Director and quickly helped drive new business wins.

After about ten years in Media, she naturally shifted to Business Development and helped land a piece of the Johnson & Johnson business. She transitioned into Account Management, and next thing you know, she was leading the entire agency's Account Management department. In 2009, she added Interactive to her plate and has really helped it blossom. We're not sure where she found the time, but in 2005 she received the Tiffany & Co. Women of Distinction award for parentspeak, an organization she co-founded to advocate for severely neurologically impaired children.
